Speed Training



Improve your speed with proper sprint techniques and maximize your athletic potential!
Training will focus on Speed, Explosiveness, Agility and Injury Prevention. Coached by:
Kyle Kennedy Speed Coach with experience training all athletes including: AHL, CIS, CFL (and combine preparation), bobsleigh and skeleton. Former CIS football player and coach with 16 years football experience.
Training will be held at Louis Riel Dome (Blackburn Hamlet) beginning in November, Call to register.

    Hi Craig, looking for a program my daughter could join. She is 15. Last year she played for the Ottawa Fury. This year she will play elsewhere. She loved your program at McKellar park with Parmar Sports. We can’t see anything on his website for spring training. We are willing to drive East if need be.
