Razor’s Edge Performance has many tools in place to help you achieve all of your health and fitness goals. The blog is a great way to learn a lot of new information, but there are going to be times when you need more specific answers for your situation. Here are some of the options…

Personal Training – Our one-on-one personal training utilizes our assessment skills to create a program  designed for you. With a focus on your specific needs, you will be able to reach your goals quicker, safer and better. During each session we will also teach you the proper techniques for the exercises in your program.

Group Training – Whether you prefer working out with friends, or aren’t interested in paying for personal training, group training may be the option for you. Accomodating groups from 2 to 8 people, we provide a competitive atmosphere to help you get better.

Exercise Programs – If you travel a lot, or are a long-distance client, we can create a program for you to follow without having to be there for any of the workouts.

Nutritional Planning/Consulting – Exercise is only half the battle. Let us look at what you are currently eating, and give you realistic ways to build the nutritional foundation you need to perform.

Sports Nutrition/Supplements – Besides training, Razor’s Edge Performance also offers a full line of health and performance supplements. Specializing in brands such as: Cytosport, Dymatize, Athletic Edge Nutrition, Progressive, and Universal Nutrition.


We are currently located in Ottawa and Toronto but distance clients are always welcome and encouraged.
